Grailed Refund Policy & Recovery Guide
Grailed sales are final - there are no buyer's-remorse returns. If an item is significantly not as described, counterfeit, or never arrives, you're covered by Purchase Protection on on-platform payments: report the issue to Grailed within the claim window and you can be refunded once the claim is approved.

- Return window: No returns; PayPal/Grailed Purchase Protection for misdescribed items
- Refund timeline: 1-2 weeks after a claim is approved
- Refund method: Refunded to the original payment method once the claim is approved (and the item is returned if required).
