Depop Refund Policy & Recovery Guide
Depop purchases paid inside the app are covered by Depop Protection: if the item never arrives or is significantly not as described, report it within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery) and Depop will refund you, including shipping, if the seller doesn't resolve it. Individual sellers may voluntarily accept remorse returns but aren't required to.
